For most products/solutions we offer, getting started is a three step process:
Step 1 is to specify your requirements via the Get a Quote form you'll find on most product pages on our site (or use the link at top right on any page).
We're more than happy to discuss the questions and options found in the quote form with you on the phone... but since that form is a checklist of what we need to determine before we can proceed regardless, we encourage you to review those questions and options before calling.

When you complete the quote process, you'll be provided with a reference code that you can use to place an order.
You can do that either by using the contact form on our site, via email or by phone (call 0508 33 44 77).
Note that you'll need to convey the quote reference number to our customer service personnel at the time you place your order. If you use our contact form, the quote reference will be included automatically.
Either way, it's always a good idea to confirm the details of your order with our staff and if you don't have that reference number, you'll need to repeat the specification process.
After the order is placed, you'll need to send us your print ready artwork. Please also note that your artwork must meet certain specifications. You can find those specifications detailed on the artwork and design page.
If you don't already have artwork, we do have a graphic designer available, who can (for a reasonable charge) produce artwork to a 'print ready' state.
Upon receipt of your artwork, we'll provide an invoice for payment, once payment has been received we'll schedule your order for production. We accept all major credit cards and direct credit deposits. Production normally takes up to 5 business days from receipt of payment, but if you need something faster, let us know and we'll do our best to help you out.
